When I was a little boy I would spend countless hours in the kitchen with my grandmother watching her bake goodies that I knew would taste great.  She always made everything she did look so easy and yet when she was finished it would taste like she had worked on it for hours.  As time went by, I began learning from her and eventually felt comfortable with my own baking.  So when I retired from my job, I decided to start my own bakery.  It began by making treats for my wife's work and has now grown into what is now known as Lil Bites Bakery, a dessert catering business where everything is made from scratch using only the finest ingredients.  I specialize in all sorts of mini desserts from elegant to just for fun, but all deliver big flavor.
